March Fatness Days 19 & 20

Day 19 - Sunday

Motivation: I've gained weight! Uuugh.

Ate: Homemade soy milk latte, corn tortillas as a snack (they're homemade, so they're delicious enough to eat plain), potatoes with onions, garlic, and tofu, small glass of wine

Moved: I cleaned the house and then tried and failed to hula hoop for about thirty minutes. It was a real pathetic sight.

Felt: Awake, though I should have slept more.

Etc: I'm going to start counting calories again, though still while sticking to my whole foods eating plan (not that I've been sticking to it at all.) I wanted to lose weight this year and I'm four months in and have only GAINED weight.

Day 20 - Monday

Motivation: Just 11 days left!

Ate: Homemade soy milk latte, berry smoothie, PB&J sandwich, 12oz water, 60oz tea with maple syrup, tempeh veg sandwich

Moved: I did roughly 30 minutes of yoga. I didn't feel like it was that hardcore, although I'm still sore from last week's exercise so maybe the fact that it was harder on my body is why it was more work.

Felt: Sleepy and fat. Maybe I can blame hormones or something.
