March Fatness Days 7 & 8

Day 7 - Tuesday

Motivation: I've made it this far, I can keep going!

Ate: coconut macaroons, French Fries, Starbucks soy cinnamon latte, bottle of coke, fried tofu and more french fries (I spent 12 hours at the hospital, leave me alone!)

Moved: I walked for several hours straight while waiting for Cody to get out of surgery


Felt: Tired! Hungry!

Etc: I ate horribly today partly out of laziness (I should have planned and brought healthy food to the hospital) and partly because I just wasn't thinking about the day in terms of what I should've been eating.

Day 8 - Wednesday

Motivation: My fat belly/thighs/arms!

Ate: Tofu, garlic, onion, peppers, and potato breakfast bowl, homemade potato-pepper-quinoa soup that's AMAZING, a bottle of coke (I have to stop, guys).

Moved: I just did some gentle yoga for 30 minutes because my legs were sore. Maybe from standing all day yesterday, since there was limited space in Cody's hospital room the day before.

Felt: Pretty okay. I can fit into a child-size boy's shirt so I may only shop in that department from now on because damn women's shirts are EXPENSIVE!

Etc: I might be noticing a change in my fatness? I feel like one pair of my pants is less tight, but maybe I just stretched that pair out enough that it's given up on life.
