Motivation: Thank god this is almost over.

Ate: Latte, tea, kobucha, a handful of Fritos, fries and a falafel sandwich.

Moved: Again, I didn't really. It's not pain, I just got real depressed. I ran some errands, but probably didn't walk more than two miles total.

Felt: Junky.

Etc: I've failed in my March Fatness plans, but hopefully my body's changed enough to motivate me to keep going.

March Fatness Days 27 & 28

Day 27 - Monday
Motivation: None at this point, I'm in too much pain.

Ate: Too much! We have pie in the house and then I ate almond butter cups because I just want tasty things that make me feel better.

Moved: As little as possible.

Felt: Horrrrible.

Etc: My kidney infection is probably kidney stones, which are too painful to allow much movement. I get an ultrasound Tuesday and I've started antibiotics and some nearly useless painkillers.

Sunday Check-in #4

Everything seems to be the same for all three of us. I haven't lost any weight, and Leanne says she's gained weight. Naomi hasn't gone back on her dechox pledge, and so things are about the same. Just five more days to go, though I don't think I'm going to make it through the full month of exercise. I'm in too much pain to do much, let alone actually move enough to burn calories.

I'm gonna get to the Dr. soon and hopefully be back to fighting form soon enough to to get a few more days in on my #MarchFatness pledge. I started at 179lbs, and am still the same! Ugh.

Honestly I don't know what's going on this week. I've been running around like a headless chicken with work so although there was no gym, I still got some form of exercise by walking to clients houses.

March Fatness Days 25 & 26

Day 25 - Saturday
Motivation: Whatevs? It's five days left, I think I can do this.

Ate: homemade latte, Green machine smoothie, flackers and Treeline cheese, chickpea pancake, some wine, homemade Indian food

Moved: I cleaned and ran errands and cooked so much I got over 6 miles in just incidentally.

Felt: Excited! I bought a cookbook to make vegan Indian food and I bought a hundred spices and made dinner! Half of it was a bland failure, but the tomato potato thing was decent and the roti was good.

Etc: My back is sore and I can't figure out why

March Fatness Days 23 & 24

Day 23 - Thursday
Motivation: I look like a sausage. I wore one of my pants that I thought could stretch out a little and it was A HORRIBLE MISTAKE.

Ate: Coconut latte, PB&J, saltines, 1 can of coke, 30oz of tea, 8oz water, tofu veg sandwich

Moved: 40 minutes of "extreme" yoga, which I call extreme because my balance was HORRIBLE and I was just falling over constantly and nearly hitting my head on things. I don't know what was up.

Felt: flabby!

Etc: I'm honestly wondering if the ONLY way to lose weight is to give up all carbs and fat forever and run 20 miles a day. I hate my body.

March Fatness Days 21 & 22

Day 21 - Tuesday
Motivation: I was too tired to have motivation.

Ate: Latte, veg sandwich, Indian food, PB&J, 60oz tea, 16oz water, giant salad

Moved: I walk-jogged 2.5 miles. I forgot to take my inhaler this morning so I was a mess by about 1 minute in.

Felt: SO TIRED! I came home barely able to stand and passed out HARD for a few hours.

Etc: I split my sleep again, napping for a few hours in the morning and then again before work.

Motivation: Just over a week left!

Ate: Latte, PB&J, saltines, 60oz tea, 12oz water, hummus with pita chips, Mod Pizza with just red sauce and garlic (mmmmmmmmm! garlic *_*), and then a mocha because I'm dumb. I overate by 32 calories because I underestimated how many calories would be in the mocha.

March Fatness Days 19 & 20

Day 19 - Sunday
Motivation: I've gained weight! Uuugh.

Ate: Homemade soy milk latte, corn tortillas as a snack (they're homemade, so they're delicious enough to eat plain), potatoes with onions, garlic, and tofu, small glass of wine

Moved: I cleaned the house and then tried and failed to hula hoop for about thirty minutes. It was a real pathetic sight.

Felt: Awake, though I should have slept more.

Etc: I'm going to start counting calories again, though still while sticking to my whole foods eating plan (not that I've been sticking to it at all.) I wanted to lose weight this year and I'm four months in and have only GAINED weight.

March Fatness Days 17 & 18

Day 17 - Friday
Motivation: ???

Ate: So much candy and crap. I think oatmeal, then Butcher's Son sandwiches, candy I bought while walking aimlessly. Um. *shrug emoji* I honestly was not paying attention.

Moved:  I walked. So much. SO MUCH that my butt hurts. It wasn't even a lot for me, but I was wearing my summer shoes for the first time since I went to Italy and my feet aren't used to them anymore, so I had blisters by about 5 miles in, AND I was still sore just from generally being sore from being active every single day.

Felt: Sore, ready to be home with the cats.

Etc: I feel hugely fat, guys. Like, I'm pretty sure all this exercise is making me fatter. I don't fit into anything and I hate myself.

March Fatness Days 15 & 16

Day 15 - Wednesday
Motivation: I don't even think I have any at this point.

Ate: soy latte, PB&J Sammich, 60oz tea, 17oz water, coffee with soy milk, potato chips (I need to stop; I used to like them but they're not good anymore, I'm just stupid), tahini-sriracha tofu tacos, Indian food. I didn't keep track very well while in CA.

Moved: I walked around some, through the airport and around SF just getting from point A to B. Looks like my average "not trying to exercise but walking a lot" seems to be 5.5 miles. Weird.

Felt: rushed and sore.

Etc: I'm flying to CA to visit family since we lost my grandmother to cancer last week, so, yeah.

March Fatness Days 13 & 14

Day 13 - Monday
Motivation: I have to keep doing this, even though I don't want to.

Ate: fried tofu sandwich, french fries, soy latte, 60oz tea, 24oz water, potato soup, tofu tahini tacos

Moved: Just my usual quick 3030 work out that I seem to revert to once or twice a week. I added a few other exercises, though I didn't put my watch on to track it all, oops.

Felt: Depressed, frustrated, angry. I'm fighting with different places that owe me money and having no luck getting my money back.

Etc: I've got to get back to eating whole foods because i feel fatter and worse and more tired since i've been on a junk food binge and i KNOW not to eat that way, but it just tastes so good! except the fried tofu sandwich, which was disappointing and i shouldn't have kept eating it.

also, i managed to slice a third of my fingernail off the skin yesterday so typing is awful and i've given up doing it with any sort of purpose.

Potato Quinoa Soup

That wasn't a question, I really do have a soup for you. A delicious soup! I find soups to be one of the only things I can eat as leftovers. Most things change texture and taste when left in the fridge after being cooked and I just don't like them. Soup stays soup, though, so it's an easy thing to make, keep, and eat over many days. I tried a cauliflower soup awhile back that sounded good but was just too cauliflower-y for me, so I decided to throw something together using the idea of the original soup, but with only things I like.

Thus, my potato quinoa soup invention!

March Fatness Days 11 & 12

Moved: More Boho Beautiful vids because her voice is soothing, she explains stuff well, and I love that her videos are always in beautiful places!

Felt: I was WIDE AWAKE at first, and I swept the house and did dishes and folded laundry, but then we got caught in traffic and I got sleepy and cranky.

Etc: I feel like I look super fat today, like any progress I thought I was making was reversed and then some. Ugh.

March Fatness: Sunday Check-In #2

I've slept and eaten so poorly this week. The roommate had heart surgery and his mom was here, which means I was taking care of him and entertaining company, so I definitely wasn't my best self in terms of eating or exercise. I also had split days off, which ruined my sleep schedule too. I did do some form of exercise every day, though! Even if it was just easy yoga or an easy walk, I fulfilled my goal!

Day 9 - Thursday
Motivation: I might be getting toned!

Ate: homemade soy latte, 60oz of tea, 8oz of water, a PB&J sandwich, a GoMacro Macrobar, potato soup, coffee with soy milk, TWO muffins (mistake, omg), chocolate samples on the Theo's factory tour.

Moved: We walked around Fremont a little and I got about 5 miles in today

Felt: Awake, even though I went to bed late. Then soooo sleeepppyyyyyy.

Etc: I did NOT get enough sleep today or yesterday and I am not doing well. -_-

March Fatness Days 7 & 8

Day 7 - Tuesday
Motivation: I've made it this far, I can keep going!

Ate: coconut macaroons, French Fries, Starbucks soy cinnamon latte, bottle of coke, fried tofu and more french fries (I spent 12 hours at the hospital, leave me alone!)

Moved: I walked for several hours straight while waiting for Cody to get out of surgery

Felt: Tired! Hungry!

Etc: I ate horribly today partly out of laziness (I should have planned and brought healthy food to the hospital) and partly because I just wasn't thinking about the day in terms of what I should've been eating.

Motivation: Doing the arm toning exercises last week was a floppy mess~

Ate: (poorly) hot dogs, flax milk mocha, cashew cheese and seeded crackers, almond milk strawberry mousse, multi-green kombucha

Moved: I stood and walked some at my volunteer shift, and then took a leisurely walk home

Felt: good! I mean, fat, but still good!

Etc: I regret the hot dogs and the coke and chips over the last few days. I KNOW that eating junk food makes me crave more junk food, but I did it anyway :/

March Fatness Days 3 & 4

Day 3
Motivation: I have so many pants I don't fit into!

Ate: homemade flax milk mocha (yes, I eat mostly the same things all week), PB&J sandwich, 60oz of tea, 12oz water, raw chocolate, hummus with pita chips, Chipotle sofritas bowl (just beans & sofritas), tortilla chips, and a coke.

Moved: I did these two Yoga videos, but it was touch-and-go with the second one about 3/4 of the way through. My abs couldn't handle it!

Felt: Tired! Again! I don't know what's up with me this week.

Etc: My weight's gone down 3lbs from Tuesday, but I doubt it's anything but coincidence/water weight.

March Fatness: Days 1 & 2

Day 1
Motivation: It's day 1, I don't need no stinking motivation!

Ate: Berry & mango smoothie, a homemade flax milk mocha, 60oz tea, 8oz plain water, PB&J sandwich, 2oz peanuts, flax crackers + raw cashew cheese snack, a giant veg and tofu sandwich, a few spoonfuls of peanut butter for a treat.

Moved: Jogged, then did some mild stretchy yoga for 10 minutes

Felt: Sleepy! Then stressed from work, then sleepy again. Overall I'm feeling pretty good and optimistic about getting 31 days of exercise in.

Etc: My pace per mile times are slower than when I left off before it got too icy to go outside in the morning, so I'm hoping I can get back to those and eventually beat them before the month's up!

Horrible dealer experience

Summary: Awful incompetent dealer with a staff who are nice to your face but who don’t actually care about customer service.

In October, I bought a used car from them based on seeing an ad for it online. I checked the price and it seemed good (under KBB’s value of it, at least) so I went in to check it out. I accidentally pulled into the “sister” dealer, a used car seller, and was approached by Gary. He hustled us around, neglecting to tell us he didn’t’ actually WORK for the fiat dealer and worked for the used car joint and therefore couldn’t answer any of our questions or even offer us much that the ACTUAL dealer could offer.

I figured he had to run inside to ask for answers to all my questions because he was new, not because he’s incompetent. I was wrong. So, after debating and talking about maybe trading my car in, and going home for a day to think about it, I decide to go back in the next morning and buy the car. March Fatness: Day 1

Happy March!

Not that we can be sure this early, but you never know. Hopefully it'll be good.

Last year I deemed 2016 to be the Year of the Phoenix, wherein I was going to completely transform myself from fat, lonely, broke, and living in a sinking house to skinny, happy, out of debt, and living in a house that wasn't sinking. I achieved, like, one of those things. Sure, I was out of debt for awhile, but I suck as a human and am now in shit shape again. Oh well! I'm only 35 (shit, I'm gonna be 35 this year D:), I can shape up. Once all of you buy ten copies of each of my books I'll have money to pay off part of my debt. A tiny, little, minuscule part of my debt.

That's what we agreed on, right guys? Ten copies each?
